Serversaurus Redux!

Serversaurus 2.0

It’s been 5 years since we started Serversaurus, and thanks to our wonderful customers, we’ve grown consistently each and every year. So, to celebrate, we’ve made a few changes…

A brand new look!

We have a brand new look (take a look at serversaurus.com.au), upgraded our dinosaur mascot from an ascii to a bitmap (geek joke), and doubled the bandwidth and disk allocations on all packages. Also, for the next month, all new orders receive 20% off (including domains), using the promo code RELAUNCH during checkout. Our domains are also all much cheaper and more competitive – .COM’s just $13, & .COM.AU’s for $20 (per year). For existing customers to take advantage of this offer, please contact us, so we can move your account to the new billing system.

Billing system, improved support & 1300 number

New billing system? Yes! Existing customers will be migrated to the new system when their account is up for renewal, or by special request. We’ve also implemented a full support ticket system and voice support line. For email support, please contact us on support [at] serversaurus dot com dot au, or for voice support during weekday business hours, give our robotic secretary ‘Dorothy’ a call on 1300 341 877.

We’re also working on exciting new products, and will be writing on our blog more frequently – If there are any things we can better, or if you have any ideas you’d like implemented, please let us know!
